Delta ecosystem restoration project planning should include a coordinated and collaborative approach with Delta residents, agricultural and other stakeholders. Certifying agencies submitting covered action certifications to the Delta Stewardship Council for restoration projects should use the Good Neighbor Checklist to coordinate with adjacent agricultural uses to avoid or reduce potential conflicts with planned restoration projects.
