Measure Details

In April 2014, the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) in collaboration with the California Water Commission (CWC), the Department of Water Resources (DWR), and other state agencies completed and presented to the Council a survey of possible groundwater projects. Projects surveyed included expanding existing surface and groundwater storage facilities, creating new storage, improving operation of existing Delta conveyance facilities, and enhancing opportunities for conjunctive use programs and water transfers in furtherance of the coequal goals. The survey is used by the CWC in the Water Storage Investment Program. Please contact archives@deltacouncil.ca.gov for assistance locating documents or video of that meeting.
