Measure Details
Amendments to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River Basins to establish a Drinking Water Policy for surface waters, were adopted by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board in July 2013. The Amendments were fully approved by the State Water Board and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in 2014.
