The Measure
Identify number of water suppliers that have undertaken covered actions that have: (1) completed a current urban or agricultural water management plan that has been reviewed by California Department of Water Resources for compliance with applicable legal requirements, (2) commenced implementation of identified measures that will reduce reliance on the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, and (3) starting in 2015, reported on the expected outcome for measurable reductions in reliance on the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and improvement in regional self-reliance as the reduction in the amount of water used, or the percentage of water used, from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta watershed.
